1. Stored Value Plus USA, LLC is the entity offering the investment opportunity.
- The company offers “prepaid debit cards & mobile pay” programs to businesses or enterprises that either have payment needs or want to enter into the payment industry.
- Year 1 - Go Live - Mastercard will be focused on providing Stored Value Plus USA with assets such as Mastercard Account Managers to ensure the success of each program. Analytical Spending Behavior Data will give the company insight into how, who, when and why to target certain demographics and Mastercard Apps & Services will set us apart from the competition, with exclusive Mastercard Preferred™ benefits & perks. Finally, in Year 1, Mastercard will provide approximately $250,000 towards a joint-marketing fund.
- Year 2 - Convert/ Retain - Mastercard will provide approximately $1.25M in basis-points and cash towards the marketing fund focusing on converting users from "partial-users-to-full-users", more importantly, Mastercard has developed built-in retention services and perks that includes rewards, insurance, billing and other "recurring monthly" activity that retains cardholders.
- Year 3-5 - Loyalty - Mastercard will provide much higher payouts, marketing funding, basis point % increases by 20%-30% from 0.06 bsp to 0.09 bsp on all purchases and bonuses. The average is approximately $4M per year 3-5.
3. The Pro Forma Projections have been approved by Mastercard as a legitimate forecast during the next 5 years, which will also be the “return-on-investment” for our shareholders. (Download pro forma below)
- Year 1 projections is based on our current client-base, which is 10 card programs, with a total of 60,528 users across our portfolio of programs. This would be an average of 6,052 cardholders per program. According to Mastercard’s statistics, this is a conservative projection and we should anticipate higher enrollment. The projection for year one earnings is $6M+.
- Year 1-3 spending projections is also conservatively based on only 7 purchases, per month, per cardholder. We should anticipate more purchases, which means increased interchange revenue..
